You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activities conducted under your account. Pin Up is not liable for unauthorized transactions if you fail to protect your password or notify us of breaches. You must immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to our support team.
You may not engage in fraud, hacking, account sharing, or any actions that disrupt platform operations. Using third-party software, exploiting system errors, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, or financial penalties.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements and time limits. Abuse of bonuses, such as creating multiple accounts to claim rewards, will lead to forfeiture of funds and account termination. All promotions are void where prohibited by Indian law or local regulations.

You may also request termination, but any outstanding debts or unresolved disputes must be addressed before account closure. Termination does not release you from financial obligations incurred prior to account closure.
Pin Up is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, third-party services, or user errors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice, and will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India. By using Pin Up, you agree to jurisdiction in India and waive any claims to forum non conveniens. All communications must be conducted in English, and translations are provided for informational purposes only.
